Reaction Time -

Your reaction time is how fast you can respond to a stimulus. It's important for things like catching a ball or stopping at a red light. To improve your reaction time, try things like playing tennis or doing sprints. Reaction time is a measure of how quickly an athlete can perform a given task. The faster the better! Agility - How flexible and coordinated you are: Agility is about your ability to change direction in response to stimulation and react swiftly and efficiently. Many professional athletes have great agility. To build up agility, do some jumping rope or work on coordination with ball skills like juggling. Speed - How fast you can run: Speed is often measured in miles per hour (MPH). Speed is what allows people to move from one place to another quickly without much effort on their part. Like with other components of fitness, speed also requires an adequate level of conditioning as well as strength and flexibility in order to attain optimum levels of performance...

Good coordination can help with activities such as sports, dancing, and playing an instrument. There are seven skill-related fitness components: power, agility, reaction time, speed, coordination, balance, and speed.

Balance - 

How well do you stay upright on your feet?

Your ability to balance is determined by your vestibular system, which is located in your inner ear. This system sends signals to your brain that tell your muscles how to adjust so that you can stay upright. You use this system whenever you stand on one foot or walk on a narrow surface. In order to improve your balance skills, try standing on one leg and extending the other leg behind you with your toes touching the ground. Gradually increase the time you spend balancing and work up to 30 seconds at a time.

Mental Skills - The ability to focus attention: Mental skills are necessary for success in any sport because they give athletes an edge over their opponents by allowing them to think more quickly and precisely.
