Today, when men's touched the surface of the moon and the world itself, becomes a global village the evil of using social media, Lack of high-quality sleep the long-term consumption of drugs may increase the risk of stress, depression, anxiety isolation and the risk for chronic conditions like obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke spread the society of men. here I just try to discuss a person who is doing a job in this modern electronic world starting from good morning message when you open your eyes your 1st work to do is to type a morning message in a sleep mood than you realize that oh I m a late for office and getup faster than without taking breakfast you leave to the work your car, the bike is ready for your convince after a 1-hour drive in the novice traffic you reached to work palace and starting your work in a laptop, computer or any electronic device after 4 to 5 hours you take  30 mints lunch break and what are you taking in lunch? we just ordered Bargar, pizza, and fries, along with a cold drink. the use's of fast food than immediately refer smoking, after taking all these unhealthy items again you sit in front of your system and start working again 5 to 6 hour's work you take a tea break or coffee with another dangerous thing cigarette. Do 12 hour's duty you return to your room and take a long breath uff and say today I'm feeling fatigued more. here your best friend is ready to reduce your all fatigue in his way "wait 10 minutes I will reach with a bottle" then you are drunk you feel that yes I m feeling ok now. what a nonsense daily routine where is your health in this routine if you live a life in this style you are not mentally alert, not emotionally balanced, not spiritual true, not physically fit, and not socially well-being. Being a student of physical educationist I suggested you please pay thanks to Allah Almighty that you have a proper healthy body then why do you try to destroy it, give time to yourself, your body, and health because without physical fit you can't do anything big as it is a well-known proverb that a sound body has a sound mind. take only half an hour in a day and press control+A to select all unnecessary activities and delete all these and install the best activities which we will provide in another article.  it will make possible to convert your frustrated life into a happy and joyful one. focus on daily food, and maintain your exercise for a relaxed valuable life.
