The body’s capacity is vital in all the processes that take place inside the human body. It has a broad range of functions that are essential in order for any person to be able to carry out his/her daily duties or activities in an effective manner, whether or not there are other people depending on you for help on how important the medical support is for the wellness of the human body. However, it is important that the body should have enough strength to respond to the environment. Physical fitness is a term used by many people to describe the level of fitness in which an individual can operate and perform at work, school, or home to its full potential and ability to maintain health and safety in the community and community.

Obesity results in more serious diseases such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, or stroke. Other effects include loss of self-confidence, stress, and poor relationships.

Obesity is often caused by eating foods with high amounts of salt, sugar, and fat. Weight gain can also result when one's body fails to use these nutrients fully. Obesity contributes to the occurrence of many diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, diabetes mellitus, and certain types of cancer. Research shows that obesity leads to serious problems like heart diseases, stroke, and high chances of acquiring HIV. According to an article published by the American Journal of Health Promotion (1999), obesity leads to complications such as arthritis, back pains, breast cancer, sleep apnea, high levels of cholesterol, and elevated blood pressure. Another study conducted at the University of Wisconsin revealed that obesity makes women prone to suffering from many serious illnesses and diseases including asthma, depression, and stroke. Some patients have been diagnosed with early death due to obesity. Therefore, it is important that people should eat healthy foods which are low in fat and sugar. In addition, it is advised that the diet should contain plenty of vegetables and fruits and grains that are rich in fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, protein, iron, manganese and potassium, and vitamin E. People who have gone through poor physical fitness have increased chances of getting sick more often. Good physical fitness can also lead to better performance during sporting. A study by Dr. Michael Breuschein showed that being active enhances the effectiveness of different muscle tissues when compared to inactive persons. He stated that if one does not exercise regularly, then he faces a greater risk of contracting diseases like obesity and cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, physical fitness is important to prevent and control illnesses and diseases.

In addition, research has shown that good body strength, as well as fitness, leads to confidence, self-satisfaction, confidence, and satisfaction. There are many ways that people can lose weight such as burning fats, exercising regularly, and changing the way they eat and drink. Exercise aids in losing weight as it boosts blood circulation. The movement of muscles in the legs and hips helps in reducing the rate of metabolism. Eating a lot of fresh food and avoiding processed foods reduces weight by providing foods rich in fiber, water, energy, nutrients like minerals, and vitamins. As a result, more calories and fewer nutrients are stored as fat. When a person exercises intensely, he burns more muscles than a sedentary person. Muscle movements also help in improving memory in addition to boosting energy and alertness. It is recommended that people should walk over three miles every day in order to reduce the rates of obesity. It is difficult for some individuals to resist the temptation to eat because they get bored easily and thus, do so frequently. They eventually end up falling into temptations of eating and hence, gaining weight. This implies that healthy eating should include all types of foods since no person can consume everything at once. An example would be choosing only four ounces of fruit instead of five. It is common for many people to start a new habit whenever they get tired.

Therefore, it can be said that many factors influence obesity and thus it is necessary for people to learn how to balance physical activity and keeping fit and healthy. The most common factor influencing obesity in both adults and children is a lack of physical fitness and adequate physical activity, which is evident in most parts of the world, especially in urban regions which have increased rates of obesity. To reduce the increasing rate of obesity, it is advisable that parents should play a role in educating their children on how to eat healthily and engage them in physical activities and exercise as soon as possible. Apart from teaching children about physical fitness and exercise, it is crucial for them to be engaged in extracurricular activities. Parents should advise their children on how to spend their time in the most appropriate ways. This will ensure proper fitness without affecting leisurely times. Obesity affects children with psychological diseases as a result of psychological imbalance. Children with obesity suffer greatly from stress, poor memory, and poor socializing with others. Therefore, children and youths need to learn how to keep themselves fit and strong by engaging in physical activity.

Parents who do not have good knowledge of what children should eat and how much they ought to eat can affect their children badly as they become obese. In addition, some children feel ashamed when they see their peers who have low weights or are skinny. Therefore, they end up having impaired mental aspects that limit their ability to function optimally. Moreover, it has been found that teenagers whose parents do not have a clear understanding of the importance of physical fitness have poorer mental well-being. There are several ways that parents can control physical fitness among teenagers and young adults. Parents should encourage participation in extra curriculum activities, offer moral and religious guidance to their children and explain to them the various physical activities. Furthermore, students can work towards achieving good physical fitness by going to sports teams, joining gym groups, and participating in co-curricular activities like competitions.

A lot of research has shown that even though people have great capacity in the field of physical fitness, they fail to realize its true meaning after a few days or weeks. People should adopt a healthy eating and exercise routine to prevent sicknesses and diseases. Parents should promote regular physical activities and teach their children how to behave healthily.
